Growing up, I loved Skippers! My family would eat there about once a month or so and it was a big treat to get "All you can eat fish", plus they always had the best clam chowder.
When I first moved to Southern Oregon, I was glad to see a Skippers in Medford. Over the years I have gone in only a handful of times. Why? The food is mediocre at best, it seems expensive for what you get (especially thinking of fast food prices) and overall it is just not that good. I wish it was like the Skippers I remember!
