Beaches is a great place to go to get together with friends or for parties. They are great at handling large groups of people and will allow you to make reservations. The waits can be very long on the weekends, up to an hour or two. The view of the river is great and there are some nice tables outside. The food is very good. I was disappointed that there was a very good pasta dish that I loved that they removed from the menu for some reason. I would recommend going some time other than Friday or Saturday night.
