I ordered an item from Wire Works awhile back. The jewelry looked beautiful and was quite unique. The first problem I had was that I waited and waited and no jewelry. After contacting the company, they told me that they had shipped it, but would send another. When I finally received the piece, it turns out that they sent me the wrong item. I contacted the company again, and they told me they would redo it and send it out. This time around, they sent the right piece of jewelry, but they had the name spelled wrong! This was upsetting, because I had emailed them twice indicating exactly what I needed, including the spelling of the name (and the name wasn't hard to spell). As mentioned, the jewelry was beautiful, but I was so frustrated at this point, that I returned it for a refund. This could be nothing more than carelessness on their part.
