I have been with Cingular for more than a year now. The good thing is that I have a signal nearly everywhere and don't have much problem with dropped calls. The bad side of the story is that Cingular has TERRIBLE customer service. I've had to deal with them on several occasions regarding problems, and they pass you around from one representative to another, and no one seems to know anything. It's very difficult getting anything resolved with Cingular. If it weren't for the great signal and pretty good plan, I would have left Cingular long ago. Unfortunately, it seems that a bad attitude and no knowledge of anything seems to be a prerequiste for being hired by Cingular.
