I had no problems with Burritoville...until yesterday. I stopped at the 72nd Street branch while running errands yesterday and ordered a Bare Naked (no tortilla - just lettuce, black beans, grilled chicken, pico & sour cream). I don't know if the chicken was just bad or had been sitting too long, but it was disgusting. I ended up not eating it -- and after paying $8.50 for the bowl & a water, I was ticked.
I don't plan on going back to this branch again.
