Time Café is somewhat tired now, but the food is still solid, if not interesting, and the space can be nice, especially for lunch. the menu is fairly static French bistro food. Their salads are good, and every once in a while something really interesting will creep onto the menu. because the decor inside is mostly white, dirt shoes easily, which is or isn't a favor to diners, depending on how you look at it.
