There was a time when fine chocolate was not all over New York City, and one of the only options for european chocolate was Lindt. And back then, when no one ate dark chocolate, it seemed like a miracle. These days, Lindt is less exciting to us. sure, they're products are still high quality, but their not innovative, sticking with standard truffle flavors and a limited selection of cocoa contents. I still enjoy Lindt once in a while, and their Easter bunnies are particularly cute, but I so much rather peruse the chocolates at one of New York's many specialty stores or the wide selection available at the high end department stores and Dean & Delucca.
