Refinements is a consignment store, which boast name brands at affordable prices. The prices in my opinion, are not so affordable. I have seen "brand" name jeans, which are not so name brand, on sale for $12 a pair. Come on, this is not consignment prices. If you have the patience, you can wait and get new for that price. I've checked in this store numerous times and consistently find that the prices on casual wear are absurd. Now, if you are looking for a name brand suit, you may have some better luck. I cannot recommend this store as I have yet to see any real consignment bargains.
