On my way out to the grocery store I decided to run in and check out what Cato's had. When I walked in, the girls that work thier greeted me warmly. The store had quite a few people in there and everyone was chatting and shopping when the customer started yelling at the cashier. The store is kind of small so I could hear everything that went on. The computer froze in the middle of her transaction and she got very irate. The saleswoman was calm and tried to explain what was going on and she would take care of her as soon as possible. The customer was cussing and kicking the counter for about 10 minutes and making a total spectical of herself and the saleswoman took everything in stride and handled this situation wonderfully. I applaud Cato's for having such courtious staff.
