The staff is not just unresponsive, but actively goes out of their way to be rude and combatitve. This has been the case from the first interaction and each since. From my experiences, it is clear to me that Parliament has no concern or regard for its customers.
The apartment itself was filthy and in disrepair when handed over upon moving in and I look forward to the lease expiring.
