I don't get that many clothes dry cleaned, but on the few occasions I've needed to have clothes dry cleaned, I've been pleased with the service at Prime Cleaners. Turnaround was a couple of days, which was fine, and, as requested, they did not starch my shirts. They've never lost any of my clothes not damaged them, although it might be a good idea to ask them up front what their policies are with those types of situations.
