Bagels on the Hill, located at 8111 Creedmoor Rd. in the North section of Raleigh, recently changed its name to Bage's Deli. The owner, Brian Casto, said he changed the name of the establishment to better reflect the food they serve. The restaurant is now more like a full-time deli that bakes bagels in the morning for its customers. Regardless of the name, the bagels here are chewy, fresh and superior to Bruegger's!
