This spacious and hip restaurant/bar is popular with SMU students and Dallasites looking for an alternative to the places on Greenville. The great thing is, their kitchen is open as late as their bar, so you can come in for a full sit-down meal in the middle of the night.
They offer standard U.S. Mexican food including tacos, fajitas, and enchiladas, as well as more interesting recipes like pheasant. (Although the foul in question appeared to be more bone than meat...) Their desserts include favorites like sopapillas and flan. Check out their coupon at restaurant.com for a cheap meal. Otherwise they are about average price ($9 for an entree).
Veggie selection is limited but various kinds of cheese enchilada are available.
