Low Quality Service 3/25/2006

The poor service I received on more than one occasion was explained when I learned that the stylists are paid by the hour rather than commission. I was confused on my first visit when they told me it would be a 45 minute wait but then I was seen in 15 minutes, until the next time they told other people the same thing and I realized they were hoping the customers would think it was too long of a wait and leave. Except for the second time I was there (and I never saw that stylist again), my haircut was done quickly and not at all. Now I go to the haircut place a few doors away and I am very happy I changed. more
