This is the kind of outfit you hope you get when you have trouble and call. Mark repaired my system July 13, 2011; he came same day as I called, was on time, and did not try to sell me any extras, or make the situation sound worse than it was. The problem was identified in minutes, and he fixed it all. He even did some related electrical work at my request, and answered some of my questions about how to improve my system, and gave me my options without trying to sell me more! I will ABSOLUTELY use them in the future, and have already recommended them to a friend.
