Metro Transit only rates ok in my book. The company itself is just fine, I just have a problem with many of the drivers. Last year (2005) I have had to lodge numerous complaints for drivers not knowing where they were going and missing picking me up in the morning. Thankfully we got our regular morning guy back and now I know he will watch for me. But with that has caused our afternoon drivers to be poor drivers. One drives so fast, ignores bumps and stops abruptly; another may drive so slow you think he was trying to get overtime. This especially is hard when I have my child on the bus with me.
And I have had about a 40-50% of feeling satisfied when I complain.
So, I think if I had a choice of another bus company I would be thinking long and hard of switching (but alas, I cannot).
