Don't get me wrong- I like columbia college. I live around there and the exhibits are cool, there always seems to be things happening, be it a film crew or some eighteen year old, tight-jeaned fashion students bumming around, trying to look cool with their parliament lights. Still, why don't these people go to the Art Institute? I never even heard of Columbia College until I moved to chicago, and there's a world-renouned art school seven blocks from Columbia's campus. What's the deal? Am I missing something?
