Located in the Westtown Marketplace Shopping Center in West Chester, PA, Dollar or Two is decent, smaller dollar(or two) store. Most items are in the $1 to $2 range, with more items costing just a $1. And they recently added a "premium" section, with more expensive items. They carry a good selection of products- from household goods to wrapping paper. There always is a nice selection of seasonal items.
