My 21 month old son does not like having his hairut, so I am realistic in my expectations for the overall experience to be somewhat difficult. However, I didn't expect the brusque hairdresser to manhandle my toddler in an attempt to have him sit still, while instructing me to step away. What's worse is she gave him an all over buzz cut, which is not what I asked for. I am dissappointed that his hair was butchered 3 days before Christmas.
