Baja Fresh surprised me with it's reasonably good food. It has an array of different salsas from which a customer can choose, which is nice. They also have excellent guacamole. The con is, their taco shells are kind of soft and have a slightly strange texture. The beans also leave much to be desired. All in all, though, the meat quality is good and it's cheap and quick for take-out.
