I don't think there's been a single time I haven't had to wait in line for at least 5-10 minutes to order, no matter what time or day. But it's always worth the wait! The chain is owned by McDonald's Corporation, but I think the food is pretty good quality. You can see the staff making the rice and guacamole and grilling the chicken as you order, which is nice. Chipotle has just about the BEST guacamole I've had in a restaurant, lots of chunks of avocado.
