This place is always hopping. The drinks and the service here are great but the line is often out the door. The upside is that you will see at least 2 people you've been meaning to call or visit while you're waiting on line. Sayville is one of the friendliest towns on Long Island. If you don't know anyone when you go in odds are you'll walk out having made a new friend online. Try to swing by right after the holidays, they have incredible sales on seasonal merchandise.
