This is the largest art museum in the Kansas City area. The building itself is beautiful. They usually have an interesting display out on the large front lawn. The museum has all types of artwork as well as sculptures and artifacts. They have classic artwork by famous artists such as Monet. They usually have some type of temporary display that is interesting. There is also a small cafe where you can have lunch or snacks. The admission is only several dollars and well worth it.
