We have called upon Official key & deadbolts on 3 separate occasions and each time they have provided excellent customer service and completed the jobs in a timely manner. One job was to replace a lock as it had completely seized, other 2 jobs were to remove and replace bolts on window grilles for security. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Official key & deadbolts - they are always quick to respond and very reasonably priced. The locksmith is always very informative and safety is clearly paramount to him.
