Called Comfort Central for repair estimate. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and said that they would come out and give an estimate for no charge. She took all my information and said the "scheduling department" would call me back. Two days later, I called again, and she said they were busy but would call me soon to schedule. That was three weeks ago.
