I know, first off Lawyers have a bad rap anyways. Second off, Law Firms that have Ads on TV have an even worse rep as being ambulance chaser types, etc. This firm really is not. While they do have ads on tv.. that's simply a medium to get out there and let you know what they offer. Otherwise, how would you know what firm to choose and where to go?
I personally am not 'the suing type"... basically I don't think I can make my first million off of someone else. BUT, unfortunately there are times when you have no choice. I ran into that. I was actually advised by the people that I'm suing to get a lawyer. That alone tells you what I'm up against!
Nicholas, Perot is very good about being prompt and efficient. They quickly took action and the lawyer that came to my house was very nice and understanding. Professional and helpful they take the case if they think you have any chance of winning. There are no fees up front, a very big plus for the average person that truly doesn't have the money to foot the bills of a lawyer. I have nothing bad to say, thus far. I'd definitely recommend them to others.
