'this place' is the old orrapin noodle experience, currently being called The O Lounge. and it's a great place for a quiet happy hour.
they have a full bar with some kick-ass and inventive drinks - the Between the Sheets was strong and tart with a sweet aftertaste and kept me, um, happy for a few hours. they have mango martinis, cucumber mojitos, and a few other drink that i'm going to try next time.
the shrimp dumplings were standard and good, and the lemongrass chicken salad was *really* tasty. hubby had some fried veggie spring rolls and liked them enough to order a second set. they still have a lot of the dishes from the old menu, so if you want a large steaming bowl of noodle soup, all you need to do is ask.
live music seems to always happen in this tiny little restaurant, but it's mellow enough not to be disturbing.
total for the night with 3 appetizers, 1 small dinner plate and 4 mixed drinks was $32! i shall return
more
