I walked into this store the other day after a doctors appointment. I wanted to buy some chopsticks because I was hosting a dinner and it required chopsticks. The store itself had a great selection of things to choose from. However, the customer service was awful. No one was able to help me or understand what I was saying. And the cashier was also very rude. I was not impressed at all. I think that next time I would rather go somewhere where the customer service is better, even though the store is huge with a big selection. What is teh point if I can't find what I need and no one understands English.
