My doctor diagnosed me with a repetitive stress injury in my right wrist, and was suggesting surgery to correct the problem. I'd been wearing a wrist brace to keep my hand more stable, but I was still feeling pain in my arm and hand. On the advice of a friend, I went and had a massage with Paul, and he was able to locate the source of my pain. It turns out that some trigger points in my neck were causing the first rib to pull up against my collarbone, pinching the nerve to my arm. Paul was able to get the trigger point, and he showed me some exercises and stretches to help keep my hands relaxed and pain-free!
