We booked the Sheraton online (and made a confirmation call) thinking it would be a sure bet. We also planned on bringing out small dog with us (Sheraton boasts a pet-friendly hotel). When we arrived they were not prepared for our arrival. We had to call three different departments to have our "Pet Welcome Kit" sent to the room. We didn't exactly feel welcomed after that. The room was SMALL despite being labeled as "deluxe king with a marina view." We barely saw the water and balcony was quite small as well. Be warned, the pictures on the website are far from the actual room. The whole experience was overpriced: dinner at the hotel restaurant, parking, and the room. If I had the level of service I was expecting, I would have been happy to pay what I did, but I was not impressed.
