Tokyo had been our restaurant of choice for years. Weekly lunches with my husband as well as the location our family celebrated monthly birthdays, anniversaries, report cards and out of town guests. Sadly, we will never return and I will no longer recommend this restaurant. This last month we had our biggest celebration ever to share as a family. We had 3 sets of grandparents from 3 parts of the country here in Pensacola with us. We had a reservation and our entire party was early. We were seated poorly our waiter was completely lacking in attention, personality and details ( no birthday song/no pictures taken) - it was not "our" Tokyo. Our family will never go back, it was that ridiculous. I will no longer suggest this restaurant for Homecoming, Prom, birthdays or any event that attention to detail is expected.
