They were wonderful to work with on ordering my gown and matching a price I had found elsewhere. But when it came time for my alterations, they really messed up my dress. The bustle wasn't ANYTHING like the picture I showed them, the hem was 2 inches too short and the top wasn't altered correctly either. I would recommend them as a shop, but take your alterations elsewhere.
