i rented a tux in august for my brother's wedding. i was fitted in april or may. when i went to pick up the tux and try it on i thought it was a little big around the waist. my weight had remained the same since the fitting. i told them i thought it was too big and they actually agreed with me. they had the nerve to tell me that there was a tailor down the street, and at my own cost of course. well isn't this why i was fitted in april?? so apparently the fitting charge is for the valuable time it takes them to tell you to go to a tailor.
service was also poor, they look at you like they're doing you a favor when you walk in. would never go there again and would never recommend.
