This seemed like a completely charming place to shop. A store full of lovely orchids, beautiful art pieces, and lovely vases, all at prices less than you might pay in a high-end florist. But the service was less than stellar, and the caged birds in the shop itself were distracting. It ended up being less than a pleasant visit. Even though I bought several things, it seemed that I inconvenienced the store clerk by using a gift certificate I had been given by a friend. I really appreciated the lovely things in the store and would consider it as a good place to buy a gift, but unless I hear that the service has markedly improved, I probably won't return.
