Richey's Deer Processing tries to make sure you're satisfied. They try not to let any gristle get through their grinders, which is great because it affects the meat .They'll make steaks and stew cuts, sausages (both links and patties in hot ,mild or plain), and hamburger meat with your deer. They do advise against bringing in deer that aren't intact. (This means, not bringing in deer with their heads off. ) The downside to this, although it has NOT happened here yet, is that if you have a big rack, it could get stolen. (Again, has not happened here yet.) They're not too pricey, not for the amount of meat you get, and not having to process it yourself. Of course, some may beg to differ. Their sausages, the seasonings they use in them, are tasty as well. Not a bad place to have your deer processed. I've used him numerous times before deciding to cut costs and do my own myself. more
