Waffle House has been in Shelby for about two years, but it's running now as if it has been in Shelby forever. It's located on Dixon Blvd in the parking lot of the old Lowe's (near the old Bilo and old Walmart). Waffle House is a very good restaurant. In fact, I was surprised when I ordered some food the other day. I was in a hurry and needed to use the restroom. That one was the only one in the area, so reluctantly I stopped. As I was leaving, I saw a patron with a chicken sandwich. It looked really good, so I went and ordered one. Like I said, I was surprised as how good it was. Try Waffle House today!
