Located in the downstairs level of the mall across the street from Mazza Gallery, this hair place does a decent dye jobs for a fair price. They don't have the reputation of David's Beautiful People in Rockville, and it's not New York, but they really do okay. You also don't have the slog on crowded Rockville Pike. You could also take the metro to this place if you're so inclined. They will give you Tina Turner or Mrs. Bush. Your choice. They are pretty receptive and won't push you outside of your envelope on this stuff. Maybe it's the filter-down effect? Maybe everyone does good hair now.
