I went to David's Bridal with my sister in law when she was getting married. We started looking at dresses and when we asked about a certain one they said do you have an appointment? You can't even ask them questions unless you have an appointment much less try on a dress. They are also always advertising a 99 dollar sale, but all the dresses we saw that were that price or even $200-300 were all hideous. This may have been because they wouldn't help us. Next time someone I know is getting married I will take the extra time and drive to Lebanon where they have several different bridal stores and the staff are all very helpful.
