Terrible customer service 4/7/2006

My husband and I went to this Marshall Field's looking for a "coming home" outfit for our baby that is due in several months. I looked around for a while and couldn't find anything smaller than a size 3 months. I asked the woman at the desk if they have any newborn or preemie clothes. She told me "No, we don't. Most babies can wear a size 3 months when they come home from the hospital." I told her that most newborns would be swimming in a size 3 months. Anyway, I kept looking and found a large section of clothing for newborns. The cashier kept pushing the 3 months clothing, in the most expensive "name brand" section of the store. It was very irritating. I've never had good customer service in this store. more
