They fly out of the Akron-Canton Airport here.
They are always running specials and they have some great deals though some you have to fly on certain days to get the best prices.
I have never had a problem when I traveled with them except once when they lost our luggage when we arrived in Orlando.
The problem was the customer service dept for lost luggage was so lined up that we had to stand in line for almost 2 hours. Only one person to take the claims. They did bring our luggage to us the next day but I found virtually impossible to contact anyone in Orlando to complain about the line. Everytime I called they would say I needed to speak with so and so and that person was never available.
We swore if it happened again we would make sure we were able to speak with someone before we left the airport. So far so good.
