We purchased a used vehicle from Lexus of Nashville in Brentwood with an overall pleasant sales experience. There was very little haggling done and they agreed to fix several items on the car as part of the bargaining. The financing offer was less than desirable. When we returned to have the repairs done on the vehicle we were told they could not be done that day even though we had made arrangements to do so at the time of purchase. Another trip the following day had me waiting an hour and required running between two locations before someone knew what was supposed to be happening. It took almost 2 months to get everything that had been promised to us and even then we're continuing to have problems with things their service technicians "fixed" on our vehicle.
Overall I feel once they made their sale their customer service greatly declined. We were no longer important to them as customers.
