By making reservations in advance, my husband and I were treated to one of the more skilled chefs. He explained that near accidents had caused management to deem some of the knife throws and flames too dangerous, but we still recieved a good display of chopping, cooking, etc. that kept us amused and sampling tasty bites. The steak was cooked perfectly despite my own preference for well done and my husbands for rare. Meals are somewhat pricey, but worth every dime. A steak comes with rice -- we had the garlic rice for an additional $3, stir fried vegetables, and salad. Dessert was extra and came with our green tea ( a sneaky way of getting you to have green tea ice cream ).
