I admit it. I don't know how to ride a bike. None of the women in my family do. I do, however, love spinning (indoor cycling) at the gym. When I was ready to upgrade from sneakers to spinning shoes, I looked around online and in the sporting goods stores in the area and didn't find the right shoes. One stop at Bell's took care of it all. The salespeople are tremendously helpful and they have a huge selection of footwear. The staff helped me pick out the right brand and style for my needs and made sure the shoes fit properly for the different moves involved in spinning. They also attached the clips and gave me a 10% discount. Of course they also have bikes and all the accessories you could think of.
