This fast food restaurant says they cook your chicken fingers to order and do not use processed meat, only chicken tenderloins. It takes a little longer, but you can taste the difference. They are battered, served piping hot with a "special sauce" and sides of coleslaw, fries and or garlic toast. The sauce is very good, but I must admit that it took me a few dips to develop a taste for it.
You can order them as just strips (in boxed meals, snack sizes and just singles) or as a sandwich. They are equally good. Their most popular menu item, the Box Comb with a drink will run about 5$, and is more than enough to fill me. The service is friendly, the lemonade with crushed ice is yummy, and if you like chicken, it's a very safe bet you'll like Raising Cane's.
PS: Cane is the owner's dog.
