I bought my wedding dress at Castronovos, and was so pleased because it was unique to any other bridal shop I had been to. They had a great selection. However, the customer service I recieved was terrible! My dress came in over a month late, ( ONE WEEK before my wedding) and when I called to check the status, my calls were ignored or pushed off! I had to remind the store manager to put in my order, after I had ordered it 3 months earlier! THEN, after all my inconvenience, they only gave me $10 off my $80 alterations. The same thing happened to 2 of my friends. One whose dress came in as the wrong color (NO compensation was offered to her, and they didn't fix the error) and another whose dress was not done until the DAY OF her wedding! more
