Unless you have time to sit at home all day with nothing else to do, call a different company to do your appliance repair work! Scheduling a visit with these folks requires that you call first and set a date... a couple of weeks out. THEN you wait until the day before the visit for them to call you (late in the day) and give you a 3 hour window for their visit... according to their schedule... not accommodating any flexibility at all. In my case, after the initial visit they had to order a part which the tech told me would be take a few 'days' to get in. After 2 weeks the part arrived at their shop and the scheduling nightmare started all over. In the end I told them to keep the ordered part and I went to another company because they were so difficult to schedule with. What a waste time! I was initially referred to this company by NW Natural Gas as one of their contractors... I will be contacting them regarding their choice of contractors to recommend.
