My husband and I love a good burger cooked to a perfect medium-well - just a hint of pink. However, outside of fine dining restaurants and at home it's hard to find a restaurant that will actually cook it that way. To get around this, I usually order medium and it ends up closer to well. We recently discovered the Ruby Tuesday chain and were pleasantly surprised. In addition to the great waitstaff and delicious fries, the burger I ordered medium was actually medium! It seems like the cooks are actually paying attention to what they serve instead of just slapping the standard down on your bun.
