I recently joined the Ballys Fitness center in my area and I am glad I did. i really enjoy going to the gym. the classes that I take are fun and are helping me to get into shape. For now I take the Powerflex class(weightlifting), basic step and Balletones. i also do weight training and I get my cardio in my using the treadmill. the best thing about all of this is that I am beginning to see results. they also offer some interesting for women only classes too. So when you feel motivated to do so, come and check the place out and get a guest pass and see what I mean . The staff will be glad to show you around.
