This review is in reference to the new Plano location, which has a new, spacious waiting areas and offices. Nurses are always helpful (and mostly friendly) and they can conduct patient updates on their computers in the examining room. They can also do most lab work in the office, so you don't have to go somewhere else. Definitely recommended to those who need an endocrinologist.
