Hiller Plumbing's trucks all have smiley faces on them for those of you not familiar and the smile matches the service. We were looking to put in a tankless water heater and as I consulted the Home Depot and doing research on the internet it became clear we'd need professional installation.
I called Hiller because I'd heard their ads on the radio. I spoke with Jimmy Hiller and he informed me that the product I was looking at was not of the quality that it should be and it wouldn't work as it promised on the internet. We then discussed other options that could help our situation and he was super helpful, and he did it all for free.
Any plumber who is willing to consult with you, help you and talk you out of products that aren't good for FREE is alright in my book.
